Introducing Baby Bottoms by Nivea, the latest addition to our Nivea Baby range! Our team, comprising Kishan Singhania,
Priyansh J., Karan Rajput, Usha Gopalasundaram, Dr.Sruthi Sridhar, Mahima Sanghadia, Ayush Gupta, Sheetal Sharma, and myself, have had an incredible experience working on this innovative product as part of our Brand Management Course.
Our objective was to create a product that perfectly embodies NIVEA INDIA's core value of being "gentle on skin." After conducting extensive market research and utilizing powerful tools like the Ansoff Matrix, Brand positioning, and Perceptual mapping, we gained deep insights into the Indian baby care market. This knowledge guided us in formulating effective strategies to ensure the success of the Nivea Baby brand.
We are thrilled to present Baby Bottoms, bamboo-infused diapers that prioritize the well-being of your little ones. These diapers are meticulously designed to minimize the risk of rashes, while offering an odor-free and exceptionally soft experience. With Nivea Baby, we aim to provide parents with a reliable and trustworthy choice for their babies' skincare needs.
It has been an enriching journey for our team, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Nivea India's mission of nurturing and caring for the most delicate skin.
